The use of the services of the Website www.cuddlesbcn.com, as well as the acquisition of any of the products offered, implies acceptance of the Client or User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these Conditions.

1. PURCHASE SYSTEM

To proceed with the purchase of the product, the User, who must be more than eighteen years old, must select the product that he wants to buy and add it to the Cart. Once the selection of products to be purchased has been completed, the User must click on the "Go to box" icon and follow all subsequent steps.

The data provided to CUDDLES through the corresponding registration forms are identifiable and enabling elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable.

4. PAYMENT METHOD

1.PAYPAL / CARD:

From cuddlesbcn.com the Customer can make the payment through Paypal (through your account paypal or by credit card). Paypal is the most popular and secure payment system on the internet, the seller does not receive any bank information from the buyer and all the information travels encrypted.

** In no case will be accepted payment against refund.

5. PRICES

The products will be sold at the price indicated on the website, being effective that is collected at the time of confirmation of the order by the customer.

6. TAXES

The prices that appear on the website already include 21% VAT. The sale price that will be applied will be the one recorded on the website at the time of purchase.

7. SHIPPING CHARGES

The orders to the Peninsula are sent through CORREOS. For international shipments, consult conditions by sending an e-mail to cuddlesbcn@gmail.com

- Shipments to National and Balearic Islands: 4,96 € (It is a fixed price).

- Shipments to the Canary Islands: 6,96 € (It is a fixed price).

- Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla: 6,96 € (It is a fixed price).

For purchases over € 80, shipping costs will be free.

The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, rate, tariff or surcharge.

8. DELIVERY TERM

The order preparation and shipping time varies from 3 - 6 working days. Shipments to Spain (peninsula) take approximately 2 to 3 working days after confirmation of payment by the Customer. In international shipments the delivery time will depend on the destination and the transport company indicated. Once the package is delivered to the courier service, the Customer will receive an email with the relevant information. Delivery is understood as the delivery of the goods at the address or address specified by the Customer during the process of placing the order.

9. RETURNS

If the Customer has changed his mind or if he is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the package within 15 calendar days from the day the products are received.
