1. SHIPPING CHARGES
The orders to the Peninsula are sent through CORREOS. For international shipments, consult conditions by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
- Shipments to National and Balearic Islands: 4,96 € (It's a fixed price).
- Shipments to the Canary Islands: 6,96 € (It's a fixed price).
- Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla: 6,96 € (It's a fixed price).
For purchases over € 80, shipping costs will be free. The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, rate, tariff or surcharge.
2. DELIVERY TERM
The order preparation and shipping time varies from 3 - 6 working days. Shipments to Spain (peninsula) take approximately 2 to 3 working days after confirmation of payment by the Customer. In international shipments the delivery time will depend on the destination and the transport company indicated. Once the package is delivered to the courier service, the Customer will receive an email with the relevant information. Delivery is understood as the delivery of the goods at the address or address specified by the Customer during the process of placing the order.
If the Customer has changed his mind or if he is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return the package within 15 calendar days from the day the products are received. For this you only have to notify in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. Once you have received your e-mail, we will tell you the next steps. The customer will assume the direct cost of the return of the products whenever it is by his decision and not by our mistake.
4. CLAIMS, COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS
We have at your disposal a complaint sheet which can be requested by writing to email@example.com likewise, any doubt, suggestion or comment may be directed to our Customer Service Department by email to the same address.
